Well I am trying to buy TV PS3 and Suround system also. I would like to stay under 300 But will spend more if I need to. I was looking at the Panny 65 and 85 And I also saw a 3D Panny. Is that a feature I should be looking for? I am looking toward the future and want it to last as long as I can make it.
I am looking for a player that will last play movies easily and produce a great picture. |

If you're familiar, and happy with the Panny players that you have, I would suggest sticking with them.
Some features which might influence your decision would be things like Netflix streaming or Amazon Instant Viewing(free for Prime members). Also, would you like wireless networking built-in? Getting a 3d Blu-ray player would certainly add a level of future-proofing. The Panasonic BDT100 is in your price and features 3d as well as Amazon and Netflix streaming, but is only wireless ready(requires an adapter). The more expensive BDT300 is just beyond your projected budget, but maybe you get lucky and find one cheaper, has wireless built-in. Best of luck. |

in reality you could just not buy a new blu ray player if you intend to buy a PS3 anyways, it has the blu ray, wifi, and is even now 3d capable, i dont own one myself, but a lot of people state its still one of the best blu ray players on the market
plus, you could add the 300 from not buying a seaprate blu ray and add it to yuor tv or surround sound budget Last edited by wp34gsh; 02-25-2011 at 07:49 PM. Reason: i cant type |
