Optoma 3D-XL + Playstation 3

I started a more general thread about the 3D-XL in the “3D HDTVs, Projectors and Displays” forum, but wanted to send a specific message to PS3 gamers. I’m living overseas and received the Optoma 3D-XL converter for 720p DLP 3D projectors earlier this week…

If you haven’t jumped in and purchased a 3D-TV yet, this is the way to go – I’m projecting at 125” and there is no ghosting or crosstalk whatsover. Everything I’ve thrown at it looks great. For Move games, I’ve tried Tumble and Hustle Kings – both work very well, even in a darkened room. I have Killzone 3 and the sharpshooter waiting for me in the US (still have to get them sent over) and they can’t get here soon enough.

The cost of the projector plus the 3D-XL comes in at +/- $1000 - - - and for me, I can’t think of money ever better spent!
