Default Perfect ps3 seting for tv's with deep color hdmi1.3

I am trying to setup my ps3 for the optimal colour performce with my 52xbr4 I set the color range to full, the super white to on, and the cross color reduction fader to off. This seems to be the be the best, the color in curse of the golden flower totally floored me. i can't really tell the difference whether the cross colour reduction on or off does anyone know what this realy does and whether it is important to have it on. Also is there anything under the bd setting menu that i need to. For the audio setup the guy at circut city told me i needed and optical cable for for full dolby digital or dts surround sound. I have the onkyo 705(hdmi 1.3) and i get everthing through the hdmi bitstream perfect i don't think he knew what he was talking. oh yeah i made sure i turned on the xvycc option on on my reciever. Is there any reason i should use the optical cable or was the guy full of it. ilove everthing blu, its blu or nothing from know on.any feedback on how i could further optimize the setup would be appreciatted i only got 5.1 bc the room really can't handle anything more

"Cross Color Reduction Filter - Reduce color noise when connected using an AV cable (composite) or S VIDEO cable."

So basically it doesnt matter if you have it on on off, it only applies to composite and S-video cables.

as for the Audio output of the PS3, you want to change from bitstream and output as Linear PCM...this way you can hear Dolby TrueHD.

Settings - BD/DVD Settings - BD / DVD Audio Output Format (HDMI) - Linear PCM

The guy you spoke to from circuit city probably doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground.

also there are no real sources for xvYCC/Deep Color, so this feature is useless at the moment.

Although Sony has made some camcorders that use it, thats all that im aware of.

Bluray movies do not yet.
