i did on one, they are slow to react so the items will have ended by the time they send an email and say, "We investigated and cant find any policy violations at this time"

Technically, the owner of the picture needs to report his butt - and then e-bay will remove the listing because of the stolen picture. If you or I report his listing, they won't do anything about it.

I actually wouldn't mind People using my Pics as long as I'm asked. I wouldn't say no to anyone here

But, it is definately NOT cool seeing my pic on someone else's eBay!

I would love to report him, but I no longer have those Pics from my Runs as I never felt it would be necesarry to keep them. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to prove the Pic is mine.

He may just not have a digital camera so used other pics but couldnt find a sealed pic so just lied and said those were of his own personal copy.

Could be real, just saying. However, if you're about to sell a John Rambo, you'd think you would market it better with more pics and stuff.

So yeah, could easily be a scam too, since that is how you would scam.

well waiterguy emailed him and thats what suspect, I didnt post the emails as they didnt involve me, but when asked about the pics he stopped replying.

Maybe honest as they come, however based on the fact hes selling many copies of iron man in Portugal I find that suspect and the fact hes selling the 3 better valued Steels is another reason(well Death race isnt, but he found ABs pic with multiple copies)

Its just a heads up, bid if you wanna and let us know the outcome

He also has 0 feedback as a seller, only as a buyer... Anyone can buy on ebay to establish feedback, so don't let his 100% fool you... He also has a negative for not paying, so I don't see how he could be 100%...

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot ebay's new policy of negative feedback only applies to sellers...
