Default HDMI switching capabilities

Hi all!
Does anyone know if Blu Ray movies with 24P playback is passed through HDMI switchers?
As I understand, HDMI 1.2 and earlier versions will not pass on the 24htz playback through the switcher to the TV?
Im looking at getting the Sony HT-SF2000 home theatre system (3 HDMI 1.3 in/1 out) and Im not sure if this unit can pass the 24htz through to my Bravia.
Any help would be appreciated!

Unknown. Why don't you try it out with your 24p player at the store, or use the store's 24p player and get back to us?

Most HTiBs do not process 5.1/7.1 LPCM though.

The HTSF2000 is only a 5.1 system, but does accept LPCM / Bitsream via the HDMI inputs. This model is out next month, I will take your advice and get back to you. I thought that passing 24htz signals may have been a feature of HDMI version 1.3, I just haven't been able to find any documentation supporting this.
The only reason I have doubts, is the Sony website (in Aus) has some new Amps that state the ability of these Amps to pass the 24htz signal to to TV. If it wasnt for this, I would have assumed that any HDMI switching Amp would pass through the same signal it was fed from the source.
