Blu-ray King

Hi, as a complete novice to media centres and such like i have a question i hope someone can answer. Will the new ultraviolet format coming soon allow ripping of dvds and blurays to a HTPC or such device in future. I know it is currently possible to rip both dvd and bluray but am not sure if the new Ultraviolet format still allows this when it is released. There are plans for ripping to be allowed in the UK so i can't see why Ultraviolet would stop it but i am not sure.
Any answers would be appreciated. thanks |

http://www.uvvu.com/index.php I had no idea what it was, not sure anyone can give your an actual answer to your question though, I would think everything would be speculation until it makes it into the wild. The footnote on the website says this about physical discs: Quote:
