Hello
This is my first time using the psn so I'm wondering if I bought a game (let's say a PSOne game or something like Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection which works on the PS3 and PSP) will I be able to play that game on my ps3 AND psp (and eventually PSVita) or will i have to determine the console when I download the game?! Thank you |

Q: Is PS Vita compatible with other PlayStation platform games like PS3, PS2, or PSP? Do you have any plan to support other PlayStation platforms in the future? A: Users can play PSP titles, minis and PSone classics titles which are offered on PS Store. We do no have any plans to make PS Vita compatible with PS3 or PS2 titles at this point. |

I would mention that the bigger problem with the PSone classics on both PS3 and PSP is that as far as I know you can't transfer saves between the two. So, if you synch up Final Fantasy VII to your PSP and spend 20 hours on the game, you can't pick up where you left on the PS3 using a save. Hopefully this is something that is remedied when Vita comes out.
