This is the North American forum and also devoted to standard Blu Ray, not 4k. Just wanting to make sure you know which forum this was posted on... that said, there is already a North American release of 2/3 on Blu Ray. Assuming you were asking about the possibility of individual 4k releases though, I'd say the odds are extremely slim. Warner/New Line will be releasing a steel book set initially but will concurrently (or possibly shortly thereafter) release a traditional set as well. That is likely all that there ever will be unfortunately.

Warner had over a decade to release the later sequels on Blu Ray individually but chose not to. I don't see that changing with the 4k set. This will likely be another all or nothing deal.

The good news however is that this is a Warner Bros release and so that means with enough patience this will eventually see steep price cuts on the box set if you don't mind waiting.
