It's a staple here in Central Kentucky. My hometown has a beer cheese festival every year. HALL'S on the RIVER brand is the most popular....but I like some of the lesser knowns.

I've had beer cheese soup. On a winters day, it warms the bones. So good.

Mmm I bet thats good! I was in the Dells a few years back and was in the Cheese Chalet and had Chocolate fudge cheese...WOW! Its was GOOOOD!
