Default Is this feasible or Not-epson 8350 +budget screen

Hey everyone, I currently have a living room that is 8' high, 16' deep and 12' wide. The room has to be considered ambient, cream colored walls, tan drapes. If you look at my theater pictures you can see the wood paneling behind my TV.

I'm thinking that a gray screen of 106-120" would be the best plan for my space, and an EPSON 8350, because of the good price, and budgetary constraints.

Here are some of the screens I'm looking at :

120 inch electric mustang screen

The brands are draper, elitech, mustang. Since I have my TV electric screen is ideal. I guess I was wondering if you would know of any good value screens, and could honestly tell me if I should just wait until I get the ideal setup. I don't want to spend all of the money and effort to be disappointed, but I was thinking this is how I want to welcome LOTR extended editions.
Thank You.
