Speaker Floor Cones

I have the MartinLogan Prefaces. I have carpet in my room so I use the carpet spikes, but would like to get floor cones for acoustic reasons (I hear it makes a difference) and so that it's more safe for the carpet. I don't know where to look for these though.

I just want bases underneath the carpet spikes I have on my MartinLogan Prefaces. Please post some links and some information on them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I didn't really know how to describe them. oregondv.com is the first site I came about and that's where I came across the term.

However, I don't want to have to buy different carpet spikes. I want to keep the ones that came with my MartinLogans, but just want to get small isolation things to do underneath the spikes, if those are possible to get.

Are they secure though? Or could the speaker easily slip/slide off of them?

This is a company that specialized in speaker spikes and several audio stuff , i think that normally this is safe unless you have pets running around . they also advertise cleaners for granite , since some of there materials are made of granit , but the best cleaner for natural stones is .....water
