Noob with some question about connecting old speakers with new receiver

Hi guys, I recently got a new 3DTV so I was going to pick up a new receiver with it. Here's the one I'm thinking of getting.



But I got some question about this receiver. I can see that the speakers wires will go in the red and black circle part. But will it work for my old speakers? The receiver I currently looks kinda like this in the back.



I just connect my speakers by clipping the expose wire in those latches. Does the new receiver works like that or am I out of luck and need new speakers? Thanks
