Default Conquest of the Planet Of The Apes - How is the unrated version structured on disc?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have Conquest of the Planet of The Apes in the 40 year evolution collection (US Version with the fancy packaging) and i'm unsure about how the Unrated version is structured on the disk in terms of M2TS Files, vs the theatrical version. It would help if I knew wherabouts the changes were between unrated + theatrical, but I have a single m2TS file - lets call it Part 1 - that lasts 58mins, then what appears to be 2 copies of the rest of the film - lets call them Part 2A and Part 2B, one slightly longer (by around 30 secs or so). So one would assume that to get the Theatrical version, the player splices the M2TS files for Part 1 and Part 2A together, and for the unrated one it splices Part 1 and par 2B together.

Now this would be fine except overall, the unrated version is around 5mins longer than the theatrical version, not the 30secs difference between Part 2A and Part 2B. Anyway, i'm very confused. Could anyone help? (Hope you understood all that)

EDIT: Ignore the 2nd paragraph. I must have misread the lengths in Windows Media Centre, turns out that the difference is only 30 secs or so, so what I said about the Unrated version being Part 1 + 2B spliced together is correct.
