The most interesting part I think is the fact that game makers are sometimes forced to pay higher royalties to the publisher if their game fails to deliver a high score.

I hope all the publishers adopt this into the contract to force the game makers to build better games.

It also looks like the people who made Lair won't be getting their Christmas Bonus.
