I installed powerdvd with my new blu ray drive, and there is a mode offering vertical stretch (CIH), ironically it only works dvds. I want to ask how can I fix this or what software will allow me to stretch or atleast adjust the subtitles. I have a few blu rays that are unwatchable (foreign films) without either of these feature present.

As far as I am aware only a very few BD players offer this option (oppo and phillips), and as far as I have been able to find out no software fix is yet available for pc's. If you have a CIH setup you can still see the subtitles, you just see a rectangular box in a rectangular box. |
