Benedict Cumberbatch war series for BBC, HBO
Quote:
HBO and BBC have greenlit a miniseries on World War I titled Parade's End.
The series, which is based on a series of four books by the novelist Ford Madox Ford, will star Benedict Cumberbatch and Rebecca Hall, according to Deadline.
Parade's End is penned by Tom Stoppard, the writer behind the popular film Shakespeare In Love. It tells the story of a love triangle between an English aristocrat (Cumberbatch), his wife (Hall) and a young suffragette.
Cumberbatch currently stars on Sherlock, in which he plays the titular detective. He recently landed a role in The Hobbit opposite his Sherlock co-star Martin Freeman.
Meanwhile, Hall recently starred with Ben Affleck in The Town. She has also played Christian Bale's wife in The Prestige.
Cumberbatch can next be seen in Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, which opens in cinemas on September 16 in the UK.

Fan of Benedict Cumberbatch since I saw him in Sherlock so I'm looking forward to this and HBO hasn't done any wrong with mini series so far and I have faith in the BBC.
