Exclamation Just registered issues with LG rewriter BH12
Just registered and activated my account. Problems playing blu-ray movies. Searched on troubleshooting but not bringing anything up. Here is my problem. Please let me know where I can search for answers:

Where would I post questions regarding troubleshooting. I just purchased a LG rewriter BH12. I purchased 3 blu-ray movies yesterday. One movie plays fine, the second is choppy all the way thru and the third the sound is garbled and and you get alot of pixelation for lack of a better word throughout the movie. Need help. Thanks in advance.

Intel I3 540 processor
4GB of memory
LG Blu-ray rewriter BH12 (sata 3)
500W power supply
LGE2750 LCD
Zaton 9800GT 1GB 256bit
Windows 7 Professional
