Not for 45 bucks.. Great movie, but will wait to preorder when the price drops or just go to Target on release day.

Hoping for a steelbook. I liked the movie; easy purchase.

I'm guessing we can expect this in September. Godzilla (WB's big May movie last year) came out on Blu-ray in September.

Which is fine, because by the time this drops in stores, it's almost BF season, and WB titles are prime pickins on BF.

Meh. I prefer the standard 2D artwork more, so I'll stick with that one.

Since it's WB, not gonna bother buying it day 1, and instead wait one more month.

This will probably be a Black Friday title knowing WB, so I could hold off on this until then.

LOVED this disaster film. Day one purchase for the 3D version! But WB is pretty skimpy with the special features considering this was a decent sized hit for them. $110mm budget, grossing $150mm in the U.S. and another $310mm overseas for a total of $460mm. Plus its still in theaters.

Any signs of the backcovers? I need to know the audio details. Almost sure this will come with Dolby Atmos.

No back cover yet, but there is an ad guidelines page, and it will indeed come with Dolby Atmos

What about Mad Max: Fury Road? Also that kind of ad? I know it will contain Dolby Atmos. But an ad is nice.

Not yet, Warner hasn't announced it yet for some odd reason. I'm guessing soon though as they have just added a poster to the top of the page which is linking to a product page, but nothing is written on it yet.

Yep, since yesterday there is a poster, like you said yesterday. Oh well, I am glad San Andreas does come with Dolby Atmos.
You heard that FOX and Disney?

Obviously the price will go down as all movies do. This will most likely be $19 for the standard blu and $25-30 for the 3D version. As for the movie itself, it was decent enough. Although I'd only recommend it if you have a killer set up that's 3D capable.

I liked this quite a bit in theaters, I'll be picking up the 3D combo pack at some point, especially if it's put out at the $20 range immediately.
[Show spoiler]Ironically, the gf and I had visited the Hoover Dam only a couple weeks prior. When the dam went down, she was almost in tears from fear thinking about being stuck in the tunnels there.
