So today I went to the local Best-Buy (where I bought my player and subsequent discs) to see if they had DELIVERANCE. Their display of HiDef discs, both formats, has always been right near the store entrance. Took one look and started fuming - less discs than last week! Went to one of their wandering salespeople and said "Is that your entire stock of BluRay discs?".
Surprise, surprise - I was guided to a different section (furthest away in the DVDs) and saw a much larger display of many more titles. Actually managed to get a copy of Paramount's UNTOUCHABLES. So, if any of you are wondering about the comments that Best-Buy has expanded their BluRay selections - they may not all be in the same area of the store.
