Default The Cosby Show: The Complete Series (1984-1992)

I know this is radioactive (and I am never going to defend Cosby himself), but on a forum that values preservation I feel I'm in the best place to ask: does anyone have tips on how to obtain the 2013 "HD" remaster of The Cosby Show?

Amazon Prime and Filmrise both used to stream it, but now the only version available for purchase on Amazon is the original. (I could have sworn the version TV One currently airs was the remaster but I guess not.) I can't foresee even a low-profile physical release at this point.

With the masters recorded on tape, the remaster hardly lives up to its HD label, but it was a huge step up. Honestly, the original DVD release was so bad that I imagine even an SD version of the remaster would be a noticeable improvement. The situation is similar for Carsey-Werner's other radioactive remastered show, Roseanne, though I didn't notice much of an improvement with that one.
