WATCHMEN: Director's Cut or Ultimate Cut?

Seeing that there's a big price drop on the standard Director's Cut release, (now down to $13.99), I'm wondering if the Ultimate Cut is worth getting or is the Director's Cut adequate?

I have the Director's Cut on DVD, and it's an alright film, not that big of a fan of the story, but still an interesting film. I just hate shill out $40 for just some added animated scenes and such. Does it make that much difference to the overall viewing experience? And what's on all the other discs in the Ultimate set that might make it worthwhile?
