Ever After blu-ray disc audio issue?

Hi guys,
I just recently purchased Ever After on blu-ray and it seems the audio is out of sync at approximately 19:38 where the Prince says "God, I don't believe this." Is this error also on anyone else's disc??

I sold my DVD when I got the BR, but I'm 99.99999% sure this sync issue was there on the DVD and in theaters.

Interestingly, that scene ends with the Prince saying "f**k, f**k, f**k" as he rides off. It's obviously dubbed in, as we see him in a distant long shot. It was added to ensure the film got a PG-13 and wouldn't seem like a children's film. It was removed for the 1998 VHS, which was marketed to children and teens and re-rated PG, but retained in the original PG-13 DVD.

It's similar to the "f**k" in "The American President", which was also placed there to ensure a PG-13. Ah, the ratings system.
