Hi, I hope this is in the right section!
Basically, I registered my Blu-ray player today and played the activation video on the player via a USB flashdrive and everything was ok, it played and worked. I then used DivX Plus Player for Windows to convert some music videos I have to work on the Blu-ray player (the Transfer To Blu-ray Player button). Since my player is DivX Ultra I believe it should be able to play DivX HD and possible DivX Plus HD. When I convert my videos to DivX HD my player tells me 'resolution is not supported'. When I convert to DivX Plus HD the player says format not supported (the .MKV file type). When I use the standard recommended setting to convert to (just DivX) the video works on my player but the quality is terrible. I want to be able to plug in my USB and watch my videos in full 1080p HD - my TV supports this resolution and my player is set to 1080P 24Hz in the settings. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated! The DivX program for windows seems very well-built and user-friendly and the registration process was simple. I just hope to be able to stream 1080p HD videos off my USB flash drive soon! |
