Interesting, No Idea whats up

Have HTiB Onkyo 7200, unknown receiver, Im trying to type this rather quickly as my son is distracted by his exer-saucer. Running it as a 5.1, trying to minimize holes do to moving or house hunting soon.

Rearranged all the speakers, tried doing the microphone set up test, only detecting for speaking, not detecting one of the surrounds or sub. Ran the test a bunch, nothing. Said well, I check the speakers to make sure sound is coming out of them, put in MW2, and sounds comes out of everything. Any thoughts on possibly problem or what I need to do. I understand the microphone test isnt a big deal. Our living room is 13x15 but just figured I would try just to see if notice sound difference. As always, thanks for the all help.
