Default Harry Potter Giftset Pre-Order

This was already posted in the Deals section, but I believe it deserves re-posting

http://whv.warnerbros.com/WHVPORTAL/....jsp?OID=30322

Warner has Harry Potter 1-5 Limited Edition Giftset up for preorder.

Use the code JLBM on your order to get 25% off...makes it around $15 cheaper than amazon.com (code works until the end of this month I believe)

Go show warner that blu is the way to go!

$90 for five movies seems like a steal. Thanks for the tip.

I'll be ordering these individually as although the giftset looks nice, its not gonna fit well in my storage cabinet. Plus I'll save a few bucks this way as well

the problem is with buying this, when 6 and 7 come out over the next 2-3 years, having two individual blu ray cases to go along with the box of 5 just isn't sensible...i'm going to buy each movie individually so i dont have to wait for 6 and 7 to come out before getting them all...but the fact is, that this giftset is nothing more than a money maker trying to make you guys double dip when the 7 movies come out in a box....so ill just buy individually, which they ARE doing for these.

That's why I think I'm going to hold off. It's a great deal, but I don't want to have to have some stupid looking box for 1-5, and then two Blu-ray cases for 6&7. Hopefully they'll annonce a non-giftset box set.

I also am not into picking it up as a boxset as it is not complete and I'm not into boxed sets in general. Nice deal for the people that are however.

Thanks for the heads up, just picked mine up!

Now we just need the Oceans movies to go up so we can get the 25% off!

I also just ordered it. Thanks for the code

BTW, I also used the discount code to pre-order the upcoming Kubrick films. Only $14.96 each and free shipping if you order at least 4 of them to get the total over $50 which is a great deal.

I ordered The Shining, A Clockwork Orange, 2001, and Eyes Wide Shut. Already have the first release of Full Metal Jacket and didn't want to double-dip on it as it was never one of my favorites.

All I have to say is I'm glad WB is releasing the Harry Potter movies individually.. I don't want the gift box...

I want the gift box price (with the Warner discount code) with just the movies (or just the packaging, to be more precise).

That site is so stupid...it gives you all those options for countries for shipping address, yet they only ship in the 50 US states.

That's what I was hoping for . . . but judging by the pictures, no such luck.

For those worried about having a boxset of 5 and then two discs by their lonesome in 2010 I wouldn't worry too much. Most studios have been offering the 'final' box for a couple bucks once the final movie is out. So if you want the movies now, just get them and enjoy them. Once the next ones come out send in for the final box to complete your set.

I haven't decided which option to choose yet. I think I will wait a couple months, til its a little closer to release. That way I can get some more details.

I just want to know will the gift set be a big digipack or will they be individual cases for each movie?
