Filler

I find it intersting when someone says you have to much "filler" in your collection. When I look at their collections and they specifically say "too much filler" they're the ones that happen to have many poor films (in my opinion) that they think is good. I know it's all subjective, but what do you condisder filler when purchasing movies or looking at someones collection? Just curious.
