Question Questions about image retention and/or burn in on plasma TV's

I've been reading up about plasma displays since I plan to buy my first plasma to replace my ageing DLP Projector TV. But the more I read this, the more confuse I become.

So will plasma have burn-in? Is it still a prevailing problem even with the newer models?I was told this is no longer a problem with the newer generation plasma but some do not agree. Why is it that every forum I've been thru ( including this one ), usually 50% of the posters will say this is serious problem and the rest will say it is not?

Then I was told that I need to "break-in" the plasma for the 1st 100 hours ( some say 200 or more ) and if not, burn-in becomes a problem and during this period, I can't watch any movies with black-bars???

My TV watching habits are :

- Normal 4:3 TV programs ( 20% )
- Occasional Gaming ( 10% )
- Movie watching, mostly 2:35:1 aspect ratios since most of the movies I have is this aspect ration ( 80% ) so top/bottom black bars are unavoidable.

I watch TV programs with lights on and my movie watching in the dark. I have a PS3 for a BD player and the model I want to buy is the Samsung 63" FPT-6374, the latest model, I think.

Would have choose a LCD TV but unfortunately, LCD TVs 60" or larger are still too expensive.
