I know alot of us have been looking for word on our orders. I don't mind waiting on WB to get their problems worked out, but their customer service is at best poor.
I currently have 8 orders with them with a total of over 30 BD movies. The first is from almost 4 weeks ago. As some of the titles in my orders have come to local stores, I purchased them and then cx my order with WB with those movies(since you can't change an order). Each time I have talked to WB customer service they seem to have a different answer (I feel for them just doing their job, but tell the truth) as to the problem with the orders. To date I have cx 5 orders, the first on 9/18/07 and yet they all still exist in their system. I have confirmed many times that the orders have been cx, yet my card still has the pending charges and the orders still show up on their express checkout site. My order totals are just over $600.00 at this point. Now the reason I post this, is not to complain, I am happy that WB is supporting Blu, but to let others know that if you cx'ed an order you may be in the same boat. Not only that, but here is an e-mail I just got from them for an order that was cx'ed a week ago(confirmed cx also). Just look at the expected delivery date. Regarding Order #1275240 placed on 09/07/2007 Dear scott , Thank you for your recent order. Again, not complaining, but some of you may be glad for the info and I'm still very happy to see WB is trying with Blu.....................................lossless would be nice though.
