Default JasonR's Home Theater Thread

So, I decided to associate a thread with my gallery for discussion. Makes sense in case someone has a question, they are more likely to visit your thread than see a response in your gallery. I have since moved my speakers out a few feet, thanks to advice from Prerich, and my sound imaging has greatly improved. I need to update the pics...

Thanks for taking the time to look!

Future ugrades:

Bigger TV (Waiting on the WAF ) - Looking into a Panasonic 58PZ800U or a Samsung PN-58A650

Wall Mount

Definitely a Sony fan! If I could find an XBR8 in that price range, I would be all over it!

Best I can get through them is a 52" XBR6 on the Sony side...

Where I can probably do payroll deduction on the 58" Panny, well below retail through them...

After seeing the 58 inch, I am not sure I could go much smaller.

The 800U Panny is an awesome TV, FYI if you shop hard you may be able to pick up the 850U for close to the same price (I just did, what an awesome TV).

Good luck with 'getting permission'.

Do try to pick up Wii fit if you can too. There are several games on there that are great fun!

Excellent.... all of the balance games are great fun. Especially the ski jumping, and riding the bubble down the river!
