Samsung 5084 Plasma dancing green pixels are no more

I cant post on this topic over at AVS...I got banned for life during format war
Some owners of 5084 are having dancing green pixels in dark images after 3 hours of display being turned on...i was one of those unlucky owners.
I called CC a few weeks ago so they could send TV repair out to fix.
tech arrivied a few days later but display was only on for 2 hours so problem would not present itself , Tech said to call him when green pixel dither was present and he would come back and adjust voltage which would solve problem.

5084 owners having same problem I found the fix
On remote control push menu , scroll down to setup then scroll to "HDMI Black Level" .
You will notice it is set to [Low] Change it to [Normal] and green sparkles will be no more.

How setting changed to [low] I have no clue..Maybe when tweaking color settings or going into the forbidden service mod tweaking
