Ours definitely can't be the same as both the US and the UK. The US is 1080p, the Momentum UK release is 1080/50i. I'm not aware of Paramount having released 1080/50i content here in Australia so one would hope it's 1080p, though I haven't heard much about the title.
Our database has a very handy "collections" option. On every entry you can see how many people have it in their collection (listed under the Blu-ray rating): https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-K...3/#Collections Might be worth PMing one of the members with it in their collection to confirm the specs. |

![]() It is 1080p with a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. in it's correct aspect ratio of 1.85:1 I have not watched this since it was first released, but from what I remember the video was good, but nothing to get excited over. |

What's the difference really between 1080i and 1080p. I know 1080i is interlaced but is their a side by side image showing the difference?? |

^ Well the actually quality of the image has the potential to be the same so they may indeed look the same if one compared frames side by side. Having said that interlacing can introduce issues such as combing artefacts in some instances. In this case being 1080/50i it's also run at 25fps and as a result it has the same issue as the good old PAL DVDs had which is speedup. The film runs slightly faster and the audio often has a resultant pitch increase. So, although the PQ has the potential to look identical there are other negatives associated with an interlaced image, in particular a 1080/50i one.
