Default Are there any Plasma TVs with Interpolation???

If you hate interpolation like the other 90% of people out there, I don't really care. Personally, I love it! I also love the picture and color quality of the Plasma displays. I want them combined... let me explain why I love it... and I would love to hear from some people who agree with me.

I HATE 24fps (frames per second). Most people don't understand this, so let me explain. I have played PC video games for years. Anybody who has also played PC video games understands that frame rate has an effect on playability for a game. If the frame rate is too low, it is very difficult to play the game because you cannot see what is happening fast enough. 24fps on a video game is actually a borderline frame rate for playability. 30fps or better is the accepted standard, I prefer 60fps or better. When you play games on PC for years, your eyes become trained to notice individual frames of video being displayed.

When watching a movie at 24fps, Avatar for example, and they pan over the landscape... Most people see a nice flowing beautiful scene... I see a steady image studder because my eyes have been trained to notice very high frame rates... I see that beautiful scene 24 times every second as the camera passes over the landscape. It is quite annoying and many times, especially in a theater, I have to turn my eyes away. Because of this, I DO NOT USE the true 24fps settings on Blu-Ray players... I currently have a DLP TV and that blur of frames when being converted to 30fps actually calms down the effect of 24 very pretty individual frames...

Now comes INTERPOLATION!!
I love this technology because it takes 24fps (movie), or 30fps (TV), and increase it to 120fps (120Hz). I no longer notice the individual frames at this point... The image movement is extremely smooth! Please do not give me the argument of 120Hz doesn't do this. It's not the 120Hz technology I am debating. Even at Plasma's 600Hz (600fps), it still only displays 24fps at 24fps... it simply displays each frame 25 times... I am talking about the Interpolation technology where the TV actually takes two video frames, and creates one inbetween those two. Efectively doubling the number of video frames actually being displayed on the TV, regardless of the "screen refresh rate". I beleive the effective frame rate for the existing implementations are 60fps and 120fps. So a 120Hz refresh rate TV with interpolation building one extra frame, would run 60fps and display each frame 2 times. (this is an example only, each mfg has their own method of frame building and using the 2:3 or 3:3 pulldown)

Plus, I beleive it takes HD to the next level. When HD was introduced, it was amazing... you could see skin texture on people's faces, individual blades of grass on the football field, you could see tears without being zoomed in on the person's eyeball!! Everybody loves it right?? Now with interpolation, for me anyway, it makes the scene look like you aren't watching it on TV anymore, but it seems as though you are watching the whole thiing being played out through a Window in your living room... I LOVE IT!!!

Many people say it makes everything look "fake"... I say it makes it look more "Real". Funny thing is that interpolation is compared to creating a "video" effect, and it is said to look "fake". Maybe it's just my interpretation of the terminology, but wouldn't the "video" effect make it look more "real" (just my two cents)

Anyway, back to the original question...

Are there any Plasma TVs with Interpolation technology??
