Default OMG! Amazing Steering Wheel for Prolouge

http://www.ps3fanboy.com/2007/09/30/...teering-wheel/

Wow! Thats all I have to say. I will be picking this up.

* Leather steering wheel!
* Wireless USB technology, where the USB plug is shaped sort of like a Porsche key. It's quite neat.
* 3 force feedback motors, so you can really feel the road.
* The pedals are wireless too, with clutch and soft-stop brake. Like you'd really get an automatic fake Porsche anyway.
* You get two gear sticks: a regular sequential and a 6+1 H-pattern stick. The latter is only supported on PS3 and PC.

350 bucks for it, but its sooooo worth it. GT5 will feel like driving a real car with this.

Default blue tooth

I don't understand why they don't just take advantage of blue tooth. wireless usb works, but just doesn't make sense. ps3 peripherals are suppose to be blue tooth. I guess the 3rd parties don't want to use blue tooth, so they can make the some peripheral work on other platforms. I think that is dumb. I was looking forward to the new wheel, but probably not going to upgrade since it's not blue tooth

i don't think its just for ps3, pc use was mentioned to. given all pcs have usb, but not bluetooth it makes the wheel have a much better chance of selling to pc users.

They should have made it bluetooth and packed in a USB bluetooth adapter if they really must to appeal to PC gamers. The proper GT5 tie-in steering wheel's not due until the full game's released next year.
