I'd love to give something back to my favourite website. One way that I can help out already is by improving the BD database; however, one of the things that I can't do at present is (fix or) add any Amazon price tracking information whenever I discover a BD title in the database that doesn't have price tracking enabled.

Having previously read about "Contributor" status, I was wondering whether users with this status can input EAN/ASIN information directly into the database, so as to enable Amazon price tracking for a particular title? If Contributor status enables this, then may I formally request it, as it would make my contributions to the BD database much easier to manage.
