It's region locked. Received today and tested on my US PS3

More of a digi-pamphlet, than a digibook. Only 12 pages, cover to cover.

BD-50, English and German DTS-HD-MA-5.1. English and German subtitles.

Extras mirror the US release, plus trailers. German subs are removable.
