Region locked? Yes? No?

There are two versions of Cry Wolf, sorry, but couldn't find anything about the region code in detail. Bluray-disc.de says it's region code B, so I belive bothe versions are locked!

No idea about the region code myself. Probably old news but worth mentioning again, both German releases contain the watered down Theatrical PG-13 version.
According to reviews picture quality of the first release is atrocious, and reviews for the re-release are hard to find. I assume both uses the same transfer.
