Harry Potter Part 2: which version to choose

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced a November 11, 2011 release date for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD late last night. As it turns out, the initial announcement was only the tip of the iceberg for the most faithful of Harry Potter fans and Muggles alike.
Joining the traditional retail release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD November 11 will be a total of seven different configurations of either Deathly Hallows Part 2 or both Deathly Hallows films on Blu-ray. All of these configurations are now active pre-orders, exclusive to Warner's WB Shop online store, and available in the US only (overseas will have their own exclusives).

The premiere offering is a gift set that includes Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack, a collectible slipcase cover, and a 48-page photo album including imagery from all eight Potter films. It is priced at $39.99.

The Tree Ornament edition includes Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack and a Hogwarts Shield Tree Ornament. This one is priced at $34.99.

The Gringotts Bank Box edition includes Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack in a Gringotts Bank collectible case. It's priced a little steeper at $44.99.

Next is the Hogwarts Crest Pins set with five pins and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack in a wooden box. This is priced at $47.99.

Also in a wooden box is the House Crest Bookmarks edition which includes four of the bookmarks and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack in a wooden box, also priced at $44.99.

Dumbledore's Wand makes for a cool pen, alongside a bookmark, in the next edition which also includes Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD combo pack. This one is $34.99.
