That looks absolutely NOTHING like Chris Evans.

...not to mention there could be no crossover between the X-Men films and any of the Marvel/Avengers movies. Marvel studios makes those, while FOX still owns the film rights to the X-Men franchise. Theoretically, Chris could show up as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, since the FF movies are Fox.

..not that any of that matters, because that is clearly not Chris Evans.

I think it looks a lot like him as Steve Rogers. But then again, looks can be deceiving.

Do you mean over Ironside's LEFT shoulder? Where all you can see is the eyeball? It's still not Chris Evans, but at least your mistake makes slightly more sense than thinking the doofus over Ironside's right shoulder is him.
