"Deals by the day" often seem anything but

I've noticed two trends in 4K "deals by the day":

1 - I often see movies repeated over and over that are far from a deal. Why?
Example: Amazon 4k: "Girl from Rio for $41. That is not a good price for 99% of us--maybe it is a niche movie 1% want??? Yet, it appears often.

2 - Why all the smut movies included now in Bluray on Amazon.
Filtering is a joke. You need to have filters that exclude.
