Troll Hunter Blu-Ray? - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know where to pick this up in Toronto besides Sunrise? It's 24.99 there so it's not that bad but I thought for sure HMV would have it...Also checked Future Shop and Best Buy with no luck...any thoughts on this matter? I'll pick it up at Sunrise...but thought I'd enquire about a possible lower price and location first...my buddy wants to watch it this Friday!

Considering amazon.ca says 'ships in 2 to 5 weeks', I have a feeling the disc may have been delayed here...

EDIT: Also did a search on http://www.hmv.ca, its listed, but no stores in Canada have stock. Definitely delayed.

I ordered mine through ebay. Us Canucks have been getting screwed lately with certain titles more and more being delayed up here. You won't even find Burial Ground. I don't see Troll Hunter for Blu-ray on HMV 's website. I know Wal-mart has the DVD for $17 and change.

You're not searching for it on there properly then. Search should be "trollhunter" & not just troll or hunter.

Your right, I guess they screwed up because its two seperate words. I even called HMV to see if they can order it for me. They didn't see the blu-ray version in their system. They must have looked it up the same way I did with two seperate words. I ordered it on ebay anyways. Ends up I payed $4 more for it to boot.

Thanks....HMV is kind of pissing me off...How can a small chain like Sunrise get this in and they can't...I've been waiting to buy Conan at HMV as well due to it's low price but it's never in stock either! Oh well, I guess I'll have to bite and pay an extra $5 at Sunrise if I want this by Friday....

I was in HMV on tuesday to pick it up. No placecard for it so when to CS, they looked it up and have it on order so it must be delayed. She said the price was $19.99.

Saw it yesterday in stock at a local shop - Steve's TV. So it's not delayed across the board. Maybe just not enough units to go around.

I ordered both Conan's off them to when they had it listed for $14.99. They since raised it to $16.99. They said I would get it for the price when I ordered it. Anyways, they have been getting shitty at stocking stuff lately. Dante's Peak they have it listed for $12.99 which I ordered too, but they don't have that either.

Where can I be guaranteed to get a slipcover if I buy it online, AND ships to the US? Amazon.ca?

Or does someone have an extra one they'd like to sell? With or without the movie, doesn't matter, could be just the slipcover... thanks in advance!

I got my blu with the slip from amazon.ca...I would expect the first run of these release will all come with a slip, up until the first run stock has depleted
