Hi, I just got a Xonar Essence STX card, and put it in my PC which is connected to an analog stereo amplifier. The Xonar has separate left and right stereo jacks but right now the only cable I have for taking analog audio out from the PC is a stereo RCA to 3.5mm mini jack male. The card bundle provides a stereo RCA to 3.5mm mini-jack female adapter.
My query is, will using the mini-jack adapter provide as good sound as using separate RCA cables all the way through or should I invest in a pair of RCA cables to connect the card to the amplifier? |
