Help! Digital Copy Code Not in my Blu-Ray! - Blu-ray Forum

what should i do? i was just gonna return it to Best Buy tomorrow, but maybe you can help

the movie was "Traitor" and when i opened it, there was no code like their always is. i put it into my mac and the disc shows up, but it doesnt tell me to install it, i actually cant find the option to install it. anyone else have this movie on blu?

If there is no code then either:

A) The digital copy is no longer available to redeem.

or

B) The studio forgot to put one in.

You can either contact Anchor Bay for a code or exchange it at Best Buy.

You also insert the second DVD-ROM disc into the Mac drive and go to iTunes to redeem the digital copy.

I had a similar situation with The Matrix. The digital copy disc had a help section, which allowed me to send a message to Warner. I told them my copy came packaged without the code; they sent me an e-mail 2 days later with a code. Problem solved.

Have you tried exploring the disc to see if it has a help section or the ability to send a message to the manufacturer? If it doesn't, you may not have a choice but to return it and try again.

To the OP it must be. It's not my place to judge. He asked for help, we're trying to give him options. I can tell you I was pretty ticked off when my copy of The Matrix was without the code. I've never even watched the digital copy, but it was part of the package and I wanted it.

I have this this same problem but made my purchase from amazon.com. The insert is in the case. The white space where the code is supposed to be is blank.

Reckon I'll call amazon today and report back.

I should have mentioned in my original post that I have this problem with Captain America Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy that arrived yesterday evening.
