I think I'm going to wait until they lower the price a bit because 70 pounds($100) is pretty expensive for a steelbook .

Just got my shipping confirmation for my XBox 360 (G1 Steelbook) version!

Weird, I ordered the PS3 LE a month before and my 360 one shipped first....oh well! Already got the confirmation and it is on the way to me!

Well, X360 version is a very bad sticker... but in the comments, people say that PS3 version have a real Steelbook.

Nabby, did yours come with the platinum copy of MGS4? The one thing nobody seems to know (but everybody seems to think) is whether or not the versions from the second batch of pre-orders on PS3 come with sticker or steel.

nice video.

It doesn't look like the steelbook is protected at all from the box. The bottom is protected by the book, but the top has zero protection from any hit.

Well, mine (PS3) shipped yesterday. Now I wait...and worry.
From the videos, seems like Zavvi doesn't package things too safely.

It almost looks like from the unboxing videos that the original preorders with MGS 4 have the SteelBook and HD Collection in the bottom of the box offering better protection. (While the later preorders have the SteelBook and HD Collection on top.)
But this might all be editing...

You 360 fellows got ripped though with that stickerbook. Mine would be going back at that price.
