No I meant what I had written thank you. £7.99 too high as in it should be priced nearer the £10 mark rather than £18.

One of my favourite films, not sure I'd upgrade it unless it was close to a fiver. Fantastic film though.

If it's a 15th anniversary edition shouldn't it be released in 2012 (out in cinemas in 97)

Great film, wonderful cast and Stallone is great. As long as its the directors cut that I have on dvd I'll pick it up, provided the transfer is up to scratch.

One line alone for me makes this movie great,

Should be exactly the same for the UK. I see no reason to wait as I can play any region disc and it looks like a winner! I'd normally get this sort of thing off Amazon.com and add another cheap title but due to our new import levels from tomorrow I went with one of my favourite eBay sellers http://www.ebay.co.uk:80/itm/220878057567 $13.43 / £8.66

This source states the running time with 121 min. The UK-BD states 116 min. So the UK version may not be the director's cut especially as it isn't mentioned anywhere on the cover of the BD.

The 121 mins listed there, is an error. The US running time is also 116mins.
Here's the rear US artwork, that also lists 116mins as the running time.

good to know that those versions are identical in running time. Just checked: the DVD DC runs 111 min PAL and the original version runs 101 min PAL. Must be the DC on the BD then.

Edit: the aspect ratio is different though: the UK-BD is 1.78:1 according to its back cover.
