I'm from Canada... was about to order Shinjuku Incident from Amazon uk... but noticed that on the Amazon site it says it's Region B, but on the database here it's marked as Region Free... what should I go by?

The only help I can offer is the fact that the movie is region free, but the extras are most likely in standard definition format and PAL encoded and thus not watchable to those with a US machine. If all you want is the movie, then go for it, as you should be able to watch that with no problem.

So long as users have posted and confirmed that a title is or isn't region-free, it's better to go by what's on this site. Amazon hasn't had their details right for movies in years.
![]() I can also affirm that "The Shinjuku Incident" is region-free and plays on my US PS3. Like Boomstick_316 said, any extras it has will not work, just the movie and menu (sadly, it's like that for all CineAsia movies and most other imports). |

Ok, I got it today! Here's something weird though... I tested it out and it seems not only does the movie work in my Samsung BD-P1500... but so far every special feature I've tried works as well. And it is the UK version that I ordered. Is there some reason the features would work in my Samsung and not on a PS3?
