Picked up Eden Lake today in the UK.

Amazing film with a fantastic transfer and impressive DTS-MA track!

Anyone else seen this film?

I rented it on DVD and it looked good upconverted. I did not like the ending and it is one of those one time watched movies. Don't think it is worth a Blu-ray purchase.

I strongly disagree. I am not a fan of the genre but this film certainly is perfectly composed. It is brutal but very effective, and the main protagonists were thoroughly convincing.

Loved this film (and the Blu-ray) ! Very disturbing, bleak and tense !
Not a feel-good film, but that is what I like. Best genre film I've seen since THE DESCENT.

i have seen this, entertaining but i strongly advise against a blind buy- re watch ability is not great imo

This one was on the big screens over here a short time ago and I missed it. Feels like a one time see movie but of course I don't know for sure until I have seen it.

I watched the DVD, and I liked it enough that I would have considered the BD if it hadn't been cancelled in the U.S. Cancelled in the U.S. + region locked in the U.K. means I just don't buy the movie.

I have the movie, and thought it was abit iffy at first, but once the gore got going, started to appreciate it, definately a grim ending, makes the movie!!!

I'm not a fan of the genre either, but this is certainly one of the better ones in recent years.

Has anyone compared this to the Canadian Blu-ray? Are the transfers identical?

Excellent movie. I've seen it a couple times. The ending is a huge gut punch and I can understand not wanting to watch it again.

I hope it eventually makes its way to Blu-ray in the US. Would be an easy purchase.
