Battlestar Galactica Blu-ray sets Clarification

I use to own the dvd sets but sold them in hopes for a sale on the Complete series set going on sale. It hasn't yet but I noticed that the individual blu-rays are on sale and on backorder.

Anyways for the dvds, seasons 2 and 4 were split into two sets each (2.0, 2.5, 4.0 and 4.5). I was wondering if the blu-ray version are the same split or condensed?

You either buy the Complete Series and The Plan, or the 4 Seasons and The Plan
