Hi guys,
I got 3 lots of HMV e-Vouchers for Christmas but I've not been able to use any of them. My parents got me one, I got the email to confirm it with a link so I clicked on it and signed in but it hasn't added it to my account. I got another 2 from my sister, I've not had the email to confirm (though she's had an order confirmation email and the money taken from here account) and again when I log in its not added to my account. Has anyone else had this issue with HMV? I can't speak to them as its bank holiday yesterday and today and I want to start shopping the sales. The email I did get has a number on it but this does fit into the boxes to redeem a voucher. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it? I'm not impressed with HMV at all at the moment and I've been a loyal customer for years!! Thanks, Richard. |
