"Halloween 2 Not a Remake" Plus Lots of New Photos!! - Blu-ray Forum

These pictures have got me really pumped up for this movie, and I love the title Rob is hoping to use - Halloween: The Devil Walks Among Us, it's based on what Loomis named his new book in the movie.

Rob Zombie's MySpace has hosted some brand new images from Halloween: The Devil Walks Among Us (working title) that among them features Michael Myers (Tyler Mane) on a rampage in a hospital -- I wonder if he's coming for Laurie? Filming is already complete on the new film that picks up right as the first remake ended, following the aftermath of Michael Myers' murderous rampage through the eyes of the sister he hunted.

Rob Zombie writes:

Although you've asked over five hundred questions many of them are the same questions over and over. So here's the answer to the first question that keeps getting asked.

"Is this movie a remake of Halloween 2 ?"

The answer is no. This movie has nothing to do with the movie that came out back in 1981. The only thing slightly the same is my film has a brief hospital scene at the top of the film and even that is 100% different. These are all new characters and all new situations. This is not a remake of a sequel, this is the continuing story of the Halloween I started. So hopefully that clears up that confusion.

Now I present a killer moment from the above mentioned hospital scene.
