Does anyone know when Equilibrium blu-ray will be released. On this site it says it should have been released last month, but i cant find anything.

was just wondering if anyone knows if this is a region free flick like they did Chocolate?!?!?!!! you could watch the film on a U.S. blu-ray player, but couldn't watch the special features.... anyone know if Equilibrium is the same or not?!??!!! or is it locked for the peeps in the UK...

Yeah, but is it a good disc? I love the flick, but I refuse to buy it if the picture and sound quality is anything less than stellar.

well i know alot of folks didn't like chocolate... but the blu-ray quality was top notch... and the audio was really well done with the DTS HD MA..

so i'm definately picking this up to see how it is.

I love this movie, and it will be a first-day purchase for me. Amazon is not showing it as available for pre-order yet though. I wonder if Best Buy will carry it.

How does that work ordering from Amazon.UK? I've never ordered an imported disc before. If I have a credit card on file for one-click orders with the regular Amazon site, will it work for this one as well? Does Paypal work if not?

I'm always conflicted by movies like Equilibrium. The source material, mainly Orwell's "1984" crossed with "The Matrix", is fantastic but the movie falls so far below that standard that I feel compelled to shrug and move on. Saw it... was underwhelmed but maybe my expectations are too high.

well lets see... I believe you will be able to use your settings over on their UK site as well, because i use a credit card as well and it works the same for both the U.S. & the UK when i order.

Oh, and no problem Blue-Blood!! i've been waiting to see what this film would be like on the blu format myself, and i just happened to check on the amazon uk site today and there it was.
